I finally have a chance to sit down and catch everyone up on my life. Having twins is an amazing yet challenging adventure. It was a long and hard road but they are finally here and they are GREAT kids. I know I am probably biased but I think that they are the most adorable kids ever so I am proud to introduce my son
and daughter.. Levi and Madison Grace.. xo

Seems like everyone is tweeting or twittering nowadays.. sounds sort of like what you would get if you were coming off drugs in rehab, but alas, I refused to be left out of the newest sensation, so here I am
on Twitter! I hope that you will follow me and I will do my best to keep up to date.

I am pregnant! It is such an exciting time in my life as I never thought that I would be one of those lucky women to experience motherhood. I am thrilled beyond belief and anxious too..I have been so focused on my career over the last several years, that having a family was put on the back burner, but it is finally here and I feel so blessed and just want to do this right! Most importantly, I can’t allow old patterns of how I was raised to carry on.. I had a horrible childhood and can only hope that I have truly learned from the mistakes those people that raised me made. I know for sure that I have learned that you must support your children and encourage them to be all that they can be, let them know that all is possible and love them unconditionally. Kids don’t need all the new toys and fancy shoes, they just need you and your attention.. they want to know that you have their back I think..They want to trust you and respect you and your rules but not be painfully afraid of you.  I absolutely plan on going back to work at some point and actually haven’t stopped working since being pregnant! I am being represented by an agency that specialized in pregnant models so we shall see what happens. Any other advice from all you parents out there would be great.. all that I know about what to give your children is exactly what I didn’t get growing up.. so let me know how you feel and any advice is truly appreciated!!!

I was so shocked to see this. My husband surprised me with it. Nico is so talented and even though it was a  gift, I wanted to share it with everyone here on my blog. Everyone has been so supportive of me and I really appreciate all of the comments and advice. Enjoy!

I suppose we have all had one at some point in our lives and for those of you out there that have never had to deal with a prick neighbor, consider yourself lucky!! We recently moved into an extremely “family friendly” neighborhood and of course brought our dogs with us. Our dogs were not used to any real noise besides the bear opening up our trash receptacle to eat my left-overs or the howling of the coyotes that were planning their attack on our poor unsuspecting four legged friends. Well, needless to say, our dogs started barking a bit when they heard then neighbor start his Porsche or slam the back gate or hearing his wife’s high pitched “yippee”  or “get the ball” at 6AM! Dogs bark, this is how they communicate. He actually has dogs which have become robotic like as he screams “Drop and Stay” several times a day, so you would think that he would understand that dogs need some time to adjust to their new surroundings. After a few short days, he (through the fence) actually suggested “SHOCK COLLARS.” Now, my dogs were barking a few times here and there and only when provoked by noise, so I suggested “A PUNCH IN HIS FACE.” Harsh, maybe, but as a devout animal lover, I would never shock my dogs into robots and take offense at assholes that would suggest it. So, I ask, has anyone else dealt with this sort of bullshit?? How did you handle it?

I finally made it back home to visit my sister and her family and to my surprise, she has quite the little farm going on in her backyard! They now have a horse, a sheep, 4 mini goats and a mini donkey!

It is so nice after being in Hollywood to go back and hang around in a nice, normal household.. I really wanted to bring one of the baby goats back, but I think you really need 2 to keep each other company and even though they are super cute, they do have quite an odor to them.. Oh well, at least I haven’t forgotten how the simple things in life mean the most!

You would think that I lived in the middle of nowhere, considering the amount of critters showing up in the backyard, but I am just a quick drive from Los Angeles! Guess those gorgeous mountain views come with a price! And I thought that Golden Retrievers were suppose to retrieve stuff… like ducks!
Apparently, she has a water fetish instead… and Hazel proves in the end that girls always get their way! She doesn’t even like that toy, just enjoyed taking it out of Shady’s mouth!
